Rach Wheeley and Cerys Bradley are having a party. A cabaret party with an amazing bill of bisexual performers and a great big bag of badges. There will be comedy, there will be drag and more, and it will all be fabulous because why have one thing when you can have many?
This night is open to everyone (so long as you have a ticket - via eventbrite, link below) but every performer identifies as bisexual (or pansexual or queer or questioning or similar).
Eventbrite tickets (£6-£10 range): https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/big-ol-bisexual-cabaret-tickets-79118520625?aff=eand
Doors open at 7.30 for 8 show
Our acts include:
Rosebud is a sadistic flower fairy born from angst, with a level of confidence that would impress an Etonian working for Barclays. She's mainly here because if she takes her clothes off you'll all have to watch.
Her talents include oversharing on instagram, having belated emo phases and reminding you that she does, in fact, have a butt. You can follow her instagram at @blushing.rosebud . You can follow her dogs instagram at @terrancebestboi .
Kathy Maniura is an absurd character comedian with a love of wigs, silly accents and unnecessarily complicated props. She is 1/2 of comedy duo Horseplay who are currently developing their second show Bareback following an international tour of their debut Witch Hunt. 🏆 Semi-finalist Max Turner Prize and Sketch Off 2019.
Sam (Soho Young Company) is a southern small town boy with few to no practical life skills, but he's got his ears pierced and a salsa class date sorted so who's the real winner. Expect joy and heartbreak in equal measure.
Queer, feminist, and occasionally filthy. Quenby explores themes of identity and experience through an eclectic mix of comedy, poetry, and performance. For this event they'll be sharing poetry ranging between sad, funny, angry and horny. They also run Cocktails and Fuck Tales (a monthly performance night celebrating the underrated artform of dirty storytelling), and Biconography (a bi+ visibility photgraphy project).
Siân Docksey is a stand-up comedian / hag known for a cosmic mix of high-energy surrealism laced with political commentary. She is sometimes seen as part of alternative comedy act Siân & Zoë, with Zoë Tomalin. Zoë will agree to be seen with Siân, sometimes.
