As a heartfelt thank you for your continued support, we’re thrilled to announce our exclusive July Lucky Draw for all eligible members! This is our way of giving back and adding extra value to your membership.

1x Grand Prize: £60
3x Consolation Prizes: £30 each

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the draw, you must attend a minimum of 3 separate weekly sessions. Sign up for the advertised July sessions (Saturday or Sunday, 2:00 PM–5:00 PM) that match your skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Higher Intermediate). Once you attend and pay for three sessions, you’ll be automatically entered into the Lucky Draw

Bonus Entry: Members who RSVP and attended 8+ applicable sessions* (March–June 2025) get an extra entry

Participate only in sessions appropriate for your skill level (e.g. do not sign up for higher intermediate sessions if you are a beginner, improver or intermediate). If unsure, please contact organiser to confirm your level.

Note: Failure to meet these requirements, including attending sessions outside your skill level, will result in entry disqualification.

Terms & Conditions

One entry per member (your guest/guests are not eligible)
One win per member

You must RSVP to any Saturday sessions or Sunday afternoon session in July, according to your skill level only
You must attend the session you RSVP for, as substitute players are not permitted to play in your place
You must meet all conditions specified on each Meetup sessions
Prize amounts will be credited to your bank account
The draw will take place during one of our sessions on the first weekend of August
Winners name will be posted on Meetup as well as being notified via Meetup or WhatsApp messaging (if available)
Organiser's decision is final
