☀️Open to new possibilities in connection and authentic relating. During this workshop, you will be invited to first tune into yourself.
🧘Sensing your body, and tapping into your sensations, to create safety, and a sense of home, and self-care... from here we then extend our awareness out to include others, meeting others in a non-traditional and heart-centred way.

🙏In this event, you will learn to honour your boundaries, & learn to simply enjoy your natural desire for connection and disconnection, and practice communicating both with authenticity.

🌀As part of this workshop, we're including a breathwork ritual that involves conscious connected breath and eye gazing, a very simple yet profound experience. Celebrate shining your light into the world this Autumn!
