How Lean Coffee work
This is a morning Agile and Lean group discussion event with no upfront agenda. Lean Coffee starts with everyone spending the first few minutes writing down what they'd like the group to discuss, then everyone votes on what they'd like to discuss first.
Then in five-minute blocks we discuss items starting with the one with most votes. At the end of each five-minutes, we vote on whether to continue discussing the current item, or on whether to move onto the next most popular
The Lean Coffee format is easy to follow, and allows the whole group to be flexible and to contribute.
You can learn more about this technique on Lean Coffee (http://leancoffee.org/).
The event is free to attend
Adventures with Agile (http://www.adventureswithagile.com/) are sponsoring the event so teas and coffees will be paid for.
