London Society MUSEUM & DRINKS - British Museum

Have you ever wanted to gather together and view many artefacts through the forms of appreciation and understanding and in the evening? If so, this may be the right event for you.

Welcome to another Museum event where all of this is possible. Within this particular event, we are to explore the artefacts from many different cultures and eras such as Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt, Eastern Asia and much more. These artefacts range from 1500BC to the current present time and depict so much on religion, history and the culture giving us an inkling of the past. It’s enticing to see and grasp the appreciation from all the artefacts discovered. Luckily, the British Museum opens till 8:30pm so we can make the most out of the evening.

You want to select the 21st of November at 18:30. Please do that otherwise you may risk being queued up for so long.

After the British Museum, we will be heading to The ‘Penderels Oak’ if you wish. Not only is it an elegant yet homely and spacious Wetherspoons pub but it’s also a nice place to finish after exploring the museum. Whether you drink or not, as long as we all have a good time and are well behaved, we should be fine.

Here is the plan:
6pm - 6:15pm: Await the members and get to know one another.
6:15pm - 8:30pm: Explore the artefacts within the museum and socialise amongst one another
8:30pm - 8:40pm: Rendezvous back to where we initially met.
8:45pm - 11pm: Drinks at The Penderels ‘Oak’

Whenever an event takes place, I will cut off contact 20 minutes after the event commences. If you message even 1 minute after the cut off time, I won’t be available as I’m conducting the event.

There will be photography and videography by myself so if you are photo conscious and/or do not want to be in the video, do kindly inform me and I’ll try my utmost best to not involve you in the picture.
