Breaking The Build To Improve Code Quality - Hoshil Sejpal, Nicholas Earnshaw, Sofia Blee

During this presentation, we will be focusing on how we use “the build” to enforce higher-quality code. We will take you through some practical tips, tools and techniques that you can employ to ensure you are optimising your build to help drive code quality

Speed Architecture at Cazoo - Bob Gregory

Technology organisations are under pressure to deliver ever-more quickly in order to compete. In this talk we'll look at some organisational and technical practices that Cazoo use to support a high-performance team, and we'll see how DDD and event-driven microservices map to a serverless architecture.

Bob has been a software architect for 10 years, building distributed event-driven systems at Huddle, Made, and Cazoo. He has experience on both monoliths and microservices architectures, and has knowledge of languages in multiple paradigms. He's currently writing a book on hexagonal architecture and DDD for Python programmers
