North London Group Weight Loss Coaching and Fitness Sessions
Successful weight loss happens as a result of having the right mindset, understanding what you should and shouldn't eat and doing enough exercise/physical activity. It's about your ability to say what you are going to do, mean it and follow through on it. It's really that simple.
Having a weight-loss coach is a huge benefit when you are looking to change personal habits for once and for all.
The Weight Domination team will help you to achieve your weight loss goals in a relaxed, judge free environment, with others who want to lose weight.
We look at what caused the weight to come on in the first place and plan the necessary steps in getting it to stay off for good. You will learn how to eat healthy and in a way that is consistent with your goals whilst socialising and sharing your own successes and tips with the group on a weekly basis.
Group coaching is a very effective method for weight loss and great for making new friends who will boost your motivation. You will receive tips and tricks for successful weight loss and weight maintenance, get help with diet plans and nutrition, burn fat, lose weight, increase your fitness level and tone up with the Weight Domination team during our sessions.
WHEN: Tuesday 5 July and every Tuesday thereafter.

TIME: 7:45 pm - 8:30pm Weigh-in and Group Coaching Session
8:30pm - 9:00 pm Group Fitness Class
Cost:£8.50 per session or £70.00 if you book 10 sessions in advance thereafter.
