Your local Red Tent is awakened in South East London.

Calling all Sacred Sisters, on Saturday 26th April the New Moon welcomes us to gather together to celebrate and empower our feminine spirit. This Red Tent, held in a beautiful yurt is a place for all females, of all ages, to gather. This is an open space for you to connect with your true essence over this New Moon.

It is a time for meditation, introspective reflection, self-discovery, stories, poems, music and songs. The workshop is a nurturing space to share, and be supported in your journey, with purity and grace. Over the day we will be focusing on cleansing, detox and nutrition. We will focus our intention on nurturing our well-being and health. We will be exploring feminine yoga, and some deep cleansing practices specifically for women.

There will be spaces available to book in advance for a womb blessing or a womb healing attunement. A womb blessing is a transformative experience which initiates deep spiritual changes and connections in a women's life. This involves an active conscious awareness of the receiver taking part in attuning to the divine source, and a clearing process may follow in the following moon cycle. A womb healing is a supportive experience, designed to gently awaken, heal and balance all aspects of our femininity. It is a beautiful way to help women grow in well-being, confidence, self-worth, and self-empowerment. Please contact Jo at redearthjo@gmail.com for more information, and to book a personal session.

We will hold a bring and share lunch, with home-made, vegetarian, vegan, organic, locally sourced, foraged, raw and inspirational foods very welcome and appreciated.

Donations of £20 is recommended with gratitude. Please bring a blanket, a notebook and pen, and a poem, story, picture, wisdom or recipe to share if you feel inspired to do so.

The next red tent will be dedicated to Ellie and all money will go to cervical cancer charity fund.
