Guided Meditation Evening

The London Shambhala Meditation Centre

Whether you are a complete beginner, or already have some experience of meditation practice, these guided sessions are the best place to start. If you are already an experienced meditator we recommend that you attend at least one guided session before joining our 'experienced' group practice. As your meditation practice develops it is a good idea to occasionally join in on one of the guided sessions to refresh your practice and get further advice and support. We suggest a donation in the region of £5-£7 for both groups. Monday and Wednesday Evenings: doors open at 7.15, meditation starts at 7:45, and then we go to a local pub at 9.00. You can find out what people say about us (https://shambhala.org.uk/what-people-say/), or send an email ([masked])for more information. Back to the list of weekly meditation classes (https://shambhala.org.uk/guided-meditation-practice/) Beginners Courses (https://shambhala.org.uk/programs/?cat=1) The London Shambhala Centre has been teaching mindfulness meditation to all – regardless of background and religious beliefs – for over thirty years. Our instructors have many years experience of personal practice and have completed intensive training retreats in how to teach meditation to others.
