We meet weekly on Tuesdays @ 6:30pm at Sunken Meadow State Park.
Our meetings are open to the public.

Mission Statement
To build a multi-generational men's leadership community focused on developing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual fitness.
This community is intended to foster a supportive environment where each man is able to do the requisite internal work to pursue his potential, so that he may be of service to himself, his loved ones, and his community.

What is a Men's Group?
A men's group is a non-denominational group of men that meet regularly in order to better themselves as individuals. Each meeting, we set a different topic or theme to guide our conversation (i.e. physical health, business, substance use, relationships, spirituality, etc.) -
What do we do at the group?
At the men's group we talk about what's going on in our lives, set goals, and troubleshoot problems with other men who are dedicated to personal growth.

What's the point of "men only"?
To allow men to be men - unapologetically. The men's group is designed for men to embrace their entire being in its fullness - the good, the bad, and the ugly - with the intention of growing and becoming better for everyone (including, and ESPECIALLY for, the women in our lives). -
What is a men's group NOT?
A men's group is NOT:
- Group therapy or coaching
- A "pick-up" / dating group
- A casual hang out
- Alcoholics Anonymous
- A religious group
- An anti-feminist group
- A cult (usually)
