Shuttle Service to and from Fish Canyon Falls hiking trail has begun. The shuttle will run every 30 minutes on Saturdays from 7am to 6pm during April and May.
The shuttle will be free for all riders.
A shuttle van will transport riders and, depending on the frequency of usage, a transit bus may be implemented in the near future.
“After years of limited accessibility and maintenance, the Duarte Fish Canyon Falls Trailhead is now safer, wider, and more accessible and hikers will be able to experience the 80-foot, three tiered waterfalls recently named the most beautiful falls in Southern California” Duarte officials said on the city’s website.
Good things to bring on this hike are, water, good hiking shoes, hat, water, sunglasses, camera, hiking clothing, trekking poles, hiking stick, water, trail snacks, lunch at the top, water, sunscreen, first aid kit.
