Every Saturday morning we come together to practice mindfulness and meditation in nature. Beginner’s and experienced practitioners alike are welcome.

Ricardo Ruan has been practicing meditation for 14 years. He is a firefighter, former Buddhist monk and meditation teacher.

Ryan Burton has been practicing meditation for 12 years. He is a senior meditation instructor for K-12 students at Tree Academy and host of the podcast “After Awakening.”

In these outdoor mediations we’ll teach the basics of meditation and the fundamentals of awakening.

How do you start a meditation practice? How can you use community to sustain your practice? What happens after years or even months of daily meditation?
