rehoming my best friend

I am not happy with this decision but I know I have to do this for my family. I have a 7 year old male pitbull(Bones). He had a stroke about 9 months ago and has not been the same since. MY 2 1/2 year old daughter used to play with him everyday until the stroke. Bones is now very scared of her and has acted out violently towards our 10-month old male pitbull puppy. Our daughter loves him soooo much but is not allowed to play with him because I am unsure if he will act out because he is scared. I do not want to have him put down, so I am reaching out to you all to see if anyone will help me re-home him to a single dog family, with no kids. He is absolutely the best dog I have ever owned. Please feel free to email me if you would like any additional information. Thank you!!
