Love Notes From the Soul Writing Workshop

In the LOVE NOTES From the SOUL writer’s salon, brave and curious authors are invited to bring their genius ideas to workshop them. If you are in the early stages of putting meat on the bones of your book, find yourself adrift in the messy middle, or have completed a first draft and wonder, “Is it any good?” this workshop is for you.

Even the best writing can be subject to the echo chamber effect and while your passion and vision may help you produce pages, you can be too close to your story to see it objectively. Alternately, you may simply not know the mechanics of producing a pro book-length manuscript, short story, essay, or blog.

In a framework of mutual respect, subjective critique, and shared goals, participants are invited to share up to 3 pages of copy in each workshop to help polish raw gems into sparkling narratives. Each 90-minute session is designed around the principles of active listening, thoughtful feedback, and graciously accepting the gift of query-based criticism.

My highest intention is to help you write and publish your amazing book! Consultative work is available to workshop participants at a reduced rate.
