Would have loved to come tonight - it's not often I get the opportunity and I was looking forward to tonight's meeting. Unfortunately I had to work late. Hopefully next time. Enjoy!

I believe the old Pages/Numbers are preserved when you install the new versions, into a folder called iWork '09. Check. I think Apple knows it was missing a lot of the features - otherwise they would not have preserved version 4. It'll probably go like the Final Cut Pro x update. It's a "reboot", if you will, to get the iOS and Mac apps more aligned, but they are already committed to adding back many of the missing features, and that process has already started. But yea, it's very irritating, and I really hope they make it at least as powerful as the previous version.

Is anybody tick by the Pages 5.1 update from Pages as part of iWork '09. This new version is a DOWN grade not an upgrade. Tools have changed and don't do anything the way they should. I had to copy and paste to get back to a reasonable layout format. DO NOT UPGRADE when the dialog box asks you to! It will screw up your current layout on any open pages doc!

If anybody has had any experience with the SanDisk Connect 32 GB Wireless Flash Drive, I would love to hear about it at the meeting. It looks very interesting, but I would prefer to talk to someone who has used it before I buy one. Very interesting concept.
