Outcome prediction is a predictive capability which empowers businesses to predict the likelihood of customer conversion based on the series of events representing a customer’s interactions with a business till the current point in time. In this talk, Sapna will provide insights into the conceptualization of outcome prediction as a machine learning problem and iterative improvement of their predictive models with regard to the product needs. This talk touches upon deep learning algorithms and their adaption to the application scenario.

Sapna Negi (https://www.linkedin.com/in/negisapna/) is a Data Scientist at Genesys, Ireland. Previously, Sapna was a PhD student researcher in the area of natural language processing and machine learning at the Insight Centre for Data Analytics, NUI Galway.
