From the Sequoya EVP we will run to the bike path towards the capitol. There will be options for 3-6 miles or more, including a there-and-back route or a loop. For anyone interested there is also the option to stop in at EVP (or another coffee shop) for refreshments, breakfast, coffee etc. after the run.

Please note that by attending this run, you agree that you are in good health to run. By RSVP'ing Yes to this run, you also accept that you run at your own risk and you and you alone are responsible for anything that happens to you.
