Main Line Meditation is offering virtual and in-person guided meditation classes as an introduction to our full practice. We will be hosting classes via Zoom for online classes, and for in-person we will host at our center in Ardmore, PA, as well as surrounding parks for outdoor meditation. In these classes, one will learn the basic principles behind this method, practice self-reflection, and begin to empty the mind of stress, pain, or worries.

This method allows for deep emotional and psychological changes that enhance feelings of well-being, safety, acceptance, connection with others, harmony, and self-awareness.

Anyone is welcome to join, whether a beginner or long time practitioner, let's take a look within and see the world beyond what we carry within our mind.

Meditation for Older Adults

Let’s restart with a pure mind! Older and wiser adults have much life experiences to know that stress and pain are not worth holding on to. As a result, they understand the meditation principle of “”Letting Go”” well and are quickly able to feel benefits from the practice.

This is a life changing meditation that can bring lasting joy and happiness to anyone from age 6 to over 100. With our meditation method we reflect on our lives and let go of all the clutter we have been carrying. It is an opportunity to restart and walk forward with a pure and a grateful mind and heart.

Our program audience is for older adults, but all ages are welcome. We share personal stories that often hold the wisdom of a lifetime. There are lots of laughs and comradery. This is a particularly joyful gathering where you can’t help but feel the love and gratitude.

Learn and practice the principles of the meditation to cleanse the mind and see results quickly. Join us to share stories, laughs, love, and of course meditation.

We have heard that paradise and heaven lie within, but how do we actually attain that state of blissful calm that we all seek?

In this class, you will learn about the method to truly let go of the human mind. The human mind is composed of karma (our thoughts of the life we’ve lived), habits (tendencies inherited from our ancestors), and the body (mind of self). When you release this karma, habits, and body, you will find the existence of Truth – the eternally-living, infinite existence – within you.

When you uncover this True mind within, pain, burden and stress disappear, you can know the ways of the world, and live well with a positive mind. You can become complete and achieve everything you want to achieve.

We warmly invite you to experience this unique, deeply healing and transformative practice, and find liberation and inner peace for yourself.

Refreshing Walk and Meditation on the Haverford College Trail

Needs a location

Let’s do it together! We welcome you to join us for a walk and guided meditation session on the trail near our center. This is a great time to enjoy conversation, get some light exercise in beautiful nature, and learn about how we can cleanse and heal our minds. This event will be hosted by Main Line Meditation. We will lead the walk and guide our very profound method of self reflection and letting go. With this method you can achieve what you actually want to achieve, and live a happy, everlasting life.

Hope you can join us! We will meet in the Visitor’s Parking Lot of the Haverford College Trail to start.

Agenda:

  1. Meeting at the end of the trail closest to the visitor's lot, brief greeting
  2. Start walk around the trail
  3. Rest at midpoint area with benches to start meditation
  4. Explanation of meditation principle and quick guided meditation
  5. Walk rest of trail back to visitor’s lot

What you will need:
-Masks are optional
-Clothes that are comfortable and whatever else you may need for walking for around 40-50 minutes (sunglasses, sun screen, etc.)
