Tara Whitsitt of Fermentation on Wheels will hold a hands-on workshop on vegetable fermentation at Resilience Hub, in which she will teach & prepare a wild ferment with local, seasonal ingredients.

Whitsitt will also hold a brief forum on starter cultures and give a tour of the bus. Attendees may bring starter cultures of their own for exchange & discussion as well as bring an empty jar and take a culture home from the workshop. We ask for a minimum $1 donation for culture take home.
