Harvest season often translates into abundance -- and one way to preserve it all is to make booze! The Resilience Hub is partnering with Oxbow Brewing to bring a short series of events related to brewing alcoholic ferments. In this workshop, Kate Wallace will demystify how to ferment plants into delicious beverages. We'll be discussing processes for brewing beer, cider, mead, and wine. We will also touch on some interesting plants that you may want to experiment with in future brews.
We will provide snacks and Oxbow beer will be available to purchase if you want some inspiration :)
