How did you find this particular group? (word of mouth? internet? etc.)

From talking with Lisa from time to time in town.

What interests you about this particular group?

We recently bought our first home and it has enough of a yard to really be useful to us, but I don't feel fully confident in the what is the best way to begin.

Are you living/gardening/growing predominantly in an urban, suburban or rural setting?

Suburban

Introduction

I've worked professionally as a gardener for nearly a decade but my knowledge is primarily perennial and woody shrubs for ornamental purposes. I would like to have more knowledge that can be of use to myself and community for food and function.
