How did you find this particular group? (word of mouth? internet? etc.)

Looking around online to find local permaculture-oriented people and resources

What interests you about this particular group?

The chance to learn and develop a permaculture practice that is locally based. I'm also excited to meet people in my watershed who are thinking along similar lines.

Are you living/gardening/growing predominantly in an urban, suburban or rural setting?

I'm living and gardening in a rural setting. 5 acres

I'm a native Mainer who lives on a backroad in Bowdoin with my partner. Our 5 acre homestead has a substantial garden, a passive solar house, and barn. I'm familiar with basic permaculture concepts, but seek to deepen my understanding.
