How did you find this particular group? (word of mouth? internet? etc.)

You know how it serms you never knew about something that's been under your nose for a while, and then it serms to be everywhere, and you feel a bit silly for being unaware? Portland Permaculture is one of those things for me. It was at the screening of Fixing the (our) Future Wednesday night when I discovered I had to learn more!

What interests you about this particular group?

I appreciate the approach I see you taking to a holistic/integrated approach to sustainability concerns and want to know more, and be a part of conversations leading to solutions! It's curious to me that so many really reasonable, smart, engaged, fun people think this conversation is a fad, or on the fringe. In my work life, I am championing to shift that thinking.

Are you living/gardening/growing predominantly in an urban, suburban or rural setting?

Hi - I live and work in greater Portland and thrilled to have found this group of kindred spirits through meet up.
