Harriet the Beagle needs a new home

We need to find a new home for Margaret's dad's dog Harriet.
Harriet is a four year old female beagle. She is a very sweet dog, great with kids, can do tricks, is crate-trained (and comes with a crate, blanket, toys, food, etc). She has been recently spayed and seen by a vet, is up to date with all her shots, and has a clean bill of health.

Margaret's dad, Steve, was hospitalized in January and is now living with us while he recovers. We've been taking care of Harriet for the past month, but with our own dog Godfrey and our other animals (Harriet likes to chase our cat, Truffle), it's become too difficult to manage. We all love Harriet, and have become very attached to her, especially the girls. But with Steve unable to take care of her, and most likely unable to care for her going forward, we made the tough decision with Steve this weekend that we need to find her a new home.

If you know of anyone looking for a great little dog for their family, please let me know or have them get in touch. Thanks!
