12.15 ? 1.45 pm Creating a Permaculture Edible Forest in Cyprus with Julia and Charles Yelton, permaculturists and former residents of Crystal Waters, a Permaculture Eco Village in Queensland, Australia, along with Emily Markides, Founder of ESTIA.

1.45 ? 2.00 pm Break - Elaine McGillicudddy leads the audience into a dance

2.00 ? 3.00 pm Break-up into seven discussion groups in the Atrium where each group will come up with proposed projects and solutions to environmental concerns on:
