Just wondered if anyone is interested in some gentle (to start with!) jogging. Basically I hate jogging, but feel the need to move my arse now I've finally come out of hibernation. Maybe a couple of kilometers to start with, along the water from Eriksdalsbadet. My theory is that if there are other people involved, I might just manage to roll off my sofa and see if I can still reach down and tie up my trainers.
