Hi, All,

My name is Renee and just moved to Berkeley.

I am interested in making stuff that communicates with its parts using wireless but I have no idea where to start and how to make those.

I wonder if anyone in the group has interests in the same area. I have no engineering background and would love to get some recommendations/references on where to start.:-)

Thank you and hope to attend the meet-ups soon!!! smile

Best,

Renee

Hello Renee,

It is great to have you with us. If you are looking for a simple way to do wireless you should look at the Arduino project. You need to know some programming and a little electronics but they have some great tutorials on the site and around then internet. There are some add-ons that allow wireless communication.
