Learn How to Meditate what does it feel like what to do. I host a free fortnightly Immersive meditation so that you can easily feel and understand what it's like to meditate. Don't worry I do all the work all you have to do is turn up, close your eyes and breath.
I'll be hosting zoom events as well as venues in and around the Manchester UK area. I wasted months trying to meditate and gave up until I was taught what to feel and do.
