We play a two-handed version of touch a non contact version of rugby. Our session will often last for around 60 to 90 minutes, but you are not obliged to play for the whole session if you are not up to it. We play for fun, fitness and the social aspect.

We are not part of any league. NOTE: We meet outside Firswood Community Centre ( NOT inside ) and play on the field adjacent.

We normally get between 15 and 20 players each week, so don't assume the numbers on Sportas are the final numbers - but please do register.
