Join Certified Tai Chi instructor Brian Ritter for a vibrant yet meditative tai chi class designed to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and gently awaken the body. Ideal for all levels—no experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water. Mats not needed. This program occurs twice per month on Fridays.
