Discount Opportunity--The Future of Urban Innovation: Startups June 9th

Dear Inventor Association Members:

There's a special event next week (besides our own great Meetup) co-hosted by the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO); The Future of Urban Innovation: Startups.  http://www.futureofurbaninnovation.com

This summit will be held June 9 at Columbia University's Lerner Hall and will focus on the present and future state of innovation and how government, academics and industry work together to spur economic growth with a particular focus on startups.  U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker is headlining the event along with USPTO Director Michelle Lee and Columbia President Lee Bollinger and many other leaders in the innovation space.

As many inventors, entrepreneurs, investors and corporate executives know, the road from idea to profitability is often fraught with the unknown and obstacles. Many of the players involved in this journey will be in attendance to share insights and lessons learnt in a forum that adds value to the emerging and experienced entrepreneurs.

The USPTO has always been a great supporter of our organization and they continue by extending a generous discount code for registrations processed before tomorrow at 3pm.  To register, go http://www.futureofurbaninnovation.com/registration and use discount code PTOcomp-55.

I look forward to seeing you at these events next week.

Sincerely,

Bruce Zutler

President, Inventors Association of Manhattan
