Field Trip to Lily Dale

  • Aug 3, 2013 · 7:45 AM
  • This location is shown only to members

Group will meet in Bewley Building parking lot.

The bus will leave at 8am, so I ask everyone to arrive by 7:45 am, to check in and find a seat.

This event is rain or shine.

Members can park in the Bewley parking lot or in the street.

Cost for field trip is $20.00 per member. Members can bring a family member or friend. For this event I will give members family/friends a discount to attend this activity. Non-member adults (19+) pay $10.00 per person. Children 18 or younger with an adult are free.

This covers bus rental and gate fee to enter the community.

I will have bottled water on the bus for anyone who wants water.

I suggest the following for the day:

Money for lunch. One is a cafeteria style and the other is a cafe. Both offer good food and beverages.

Comfortable shoes, we do a lot of walking.

Layered clothes, not sure how day will be - keep an eye on weather before event. Umbrella if it rains.

Bug spray, sun tan lotion.

A small donation for the healing temple.

Money for shopping. They have a bargain store that is less expensive where you can purchase stones, books, accessories and jewelry.

Members have a choice to follow with the group or go off by themselves.

I ask everyone to be back at the bus by 3:45pm, bus will leave Lily Dale at 4pm. We will return to the Bewely Building parking lot around 6pm.

I will provide everyone with a map of the lily dale grounds.

If you want a reading with a registered Medium, you need to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. Their schedules fill up fast. Rev. Alisa will have a sheet in the office with all the names and contact info for all the registered mediums. This is also posted on the Lily Dale website. You can click here to see the listing. It is a few pages long.

The following members and their families attended this group trip. Patti D, Ken, Renee, Rob, Carol, Carl, Lisa, Cindy, Janice, Colleen, Patty K, Doris, Melanie, Christopher H, Jamason, Vanessa, Dawn, Linda, Tom, Daughter, Dolores and Jean with Rev. Alisa. The Bus Driver Lisa was great too! We hope to get her again next year. Many made their way to the healing temple to receive their healing. Then some went to the various sites on the grounds, included, the museum, fairy path, off for their readings with a registered medium. Everyone made it to the Stump for readings after lunch. The cafeteria had great food and a lot for your money. Many visited the stores and other shops on the grounds before 3:30pm, making their way back to to he bus by 4pm to leave for the journey home. I thank everyone who came and had a great time. The group missed Darlene with us on this trip! Till Next year... Rev. Alisa

What an awesome trip - so much energy there and it was so peaceful and relaxing. It was like a whole different world there and toook you away from reality for a little bit. My cousins from Canada thoroughly enjoyed it as well and would like to go back and stay for a weekend because there is so much that we didn't have time to do. Thank you for arranging trip

The bus can hold 44 people. We are going to stop in West Seneca and pick up a small group of people from my friend John Naughton's meet-up group. So far they have about 4 members that will be joining us.

I don't really have a limit, the bus can seat many ppl. I guess I will make it first come bases. I have a sign in sheet and collecting money to insure your seat. I will have to make a note to everyone about that. I would hate to have someone sign in they are coming and don't show up, and someone who wants to go couldn't who could have paid. I will have to put the amount of ppl the bus seats too, I never had a full bus, But hey, ya never know! lol

Sounds good - I will sign up and pay the next time I come to an event. I should know tonight definitely about the 3rd person. The RSVP system had a max of two guests. Thank you!
