MapStory MeetUp just 2 weeks away...don't forget to RSVP

From: user 6.

Hi all,

Just two weeks until the MapStory MeetUp. This week we added Everett Lascher, a geo rockstar based at Arizona State Uniersity, to the line-up. Everett will share some work he's been doing to visualize plate techtonic shift since Pangea. That brings the current list to three - along with Nitin Gadia, who will share his MapStory on the growth of Ames Iowa since 1862, and African American Civil War Memorial curator Hari Jones, who will discuss the spread of United States Colored Troops regiments during the Civil War.

If you're planning to attend, please make sure you've joined both the MeetUp group and the MeetUp event itself.

And don't hesitate to bring your own story to share!
