Join us for an incredible holiday cooking class featuring vegan Polish cuisine at Homestead Valley Community Center in Mill Valley on Monday, December 16 from 6:00pm - 7:30pm! COST: $35.00. Connect with like-minded vegans and learn the fine art of Pierogi making from vegan cooking instructor and psychologist, Dr. Christine Dickson. Discover simple methods for making a full course Vegan Polish Holiday Dinner including Mizeria (Polish Cucumber Salad), Potato Cheez Pierogi, Apple Sage Sausage with Sauerkraut and Caramelized Onions plus an adorable Chocolate Cream Cheese Bundt cake in the shape of a Gingerbread House! Enjoy delicious samples including Borscht (beet soup) with mushroom dumplings. Participate in hands-on demos as space permits.
Christine has taught sold-out vegan cooking classes at Whole Foods Market in San Mateo and Sur La Table in downtown San Francisco. Christine learned the fine art of Polish cooking from her Grandmother but quickly veganized all of her recipes!!
