Meditation Through Movement

Your guided training brings rapid physical and mental growth using traditional martial arts.

While training, students start to utilize 3 internal, 3 external and 2 weapon styles of martial arts that encompass all the major principles of martial arts training (Kong Su Do (Karate/Tae Kwon Do), Aikido/Hapkido, Yudo (Judo), Kung Fu, Bagua Zhang, Tai Chi, Kom Do (Samurai Sword), and Ship Pal Gye (traditional Chinese weapons training)).

Training for adults and children is available Monday-Saturday at all locations below including afternoon and evening classes.
