United By Blue Cleanup

UBB will be partnering with Blue Water Baltimore, municipal workers and local organizations for this cleanup on Saturday, June 11th. We expect this to be our biggest to date, and will be there from 10:00 am- 3:00 pm. This is not your average cleanup! We plan on hauling at least a few thousand pounds of trash from these streams and are looking for strong, hardworking volunteers who are willing to get in and get their hands dirty! We will be meeting at 1200 Armistead Way, where there will be plenty of parking. We will provide volunteers with breakfast refreshments and lunch. We will be cleaning up the confluence of two major runs, the Armistead Run and the Herring Run, removing lots of debris before it flows into the Chesapeake Bay. Both streams will have a significant amount of trash and they are also popular illegal dumping sites. Please sign up at unitedbyblue.com to receive pre-cleanup reminders and information
