What we're about

This meetup is for anyone who may be interested in making a positive impact on their health, the environment, and/or the lives of animals.

Meat Free Mondays (MFM) is a powerful campaign started by Paul, Mary and Stella McCartney to bring awareness towards how significant our food choices can be for our bodies and the planet. The MFM campaign encourages and educates individuals, companies, schools and organizations to adopt a vegetarian diet one day a week, on Mondays.

One day a week can make a world of difference.

We meet monthly on a pre-designated Monday for a meat-free meal or potluck. All are welcome!
