Join us for a series of "Donation-Only" classes in an effort to help those less fortunate this Holiday Season. The class is completely free of charge and everyone is encouraged to attend. This is a great opportunity to bring a friend or family member to experience first-hand the many benefits of yoga and meditation.
The class will start off with a slow flow to get the body warmed up to sit for an extended period of time. There will be a 45 minute warm up, followed by a 15 minute savasana and end with a 15 minute meditation.
This is a great class for beginners and to relax!
Also, please bring a canned donation...we will be collecting canned foods for the Second Harvest Food Bank.
