Learn how to meditate and keep yourself in balance.
Topics covered during the classes:
o Introduction to meditation & self-realization
o Chakras, channels, and balancing and cleansing of inner system
o Use of five elements for inner balance
o Importance of music and mantra in meditation
o Group meditation with music and mantra
o Methods to do daily meditation at home

No physical exercises, postures or special clothing is required. Course participants can meditate while sitting on a chair.
