In meditation you find the 'eye of the hurricane', a place of inner quiet. You become centred and enlivened. Meditating regularly helps you with the challenges of everyday life. The constant inner dialogue and the worries that circle around in your head stop. Essential things come into focus. In meditation you arrive deeply in the home of your own soul and wake up to subtle, supersensible spheres. We explore the many facets of meditation and do different exercises so that each person can find their point of access.
Through meditation and understanding it is possible start to experience non-physical reality. Everyone has the seeds of such perceptions but are not in the habit of paying attention to the delicate and subtle information that is consciously available to them and is actually the start of such perceptions.
