Our regularly-scheduled east side meditation meets on Thursday each week. This group is suitable for both new and experienced meditators. The format is as follows:

- Introductions

- 15-minute meditation (guided if new people are present or requested)

- Dharma talk about some aspect of meditation and living mindfully (on 2nd and 4th Thursday)

- Discussion about meditation practice and living mindfully (on the other Thursdays)

- longer meditation (30-45 minutes)

- time at the end for questions, answers, discussion
