This meditation is held on the second Thursday of each month. This group is suitable for both new and experienced meditators. The format is as follows:
- 15-minute meditation (guided if new people are present or requested)
- Dharma talk about some aspect of meditation and living mindfully
- Discussion about meditation practice and living mindfully (on the other Thursdays)
- longer meditation (30-45 minutes)
- time at the end for questions, answers, discussion
