What benefits do you wish to reap by practicing meditation?

Relaxation. I'm always on the go and feeling stressed. I know I need a change.

Are you interested in attending a meditation class or more comfortable practicing at home first?

I would love to try a class.

What are the ideal timing and location for your class? How far are you willing to travel?

Evenings and weekends are best and anything near Naperville/Woodridge/Bolingbrook is ideal.
