This is a sound / gong bath meditation. Instruments such as the gong, singing bowls, drums, wind chimes and stringed instruments will be played. You don't have to do anything but just sit or lie down and listen to the relaxing sounds. Just by listening you can enter into deep states of relaxation and meditation.

The Event dates are Thursday 7.45pm;
December 4th

The event will start at 7.50pm prompt Please try to be on time. The sound meditation will last for 45 mins with 5 mins at the end to integrate the session.

This event is in room 2 ( ground floor) at Belgrave Neighbourhood Centre. There is on street car parking around the centre. It can be a busy area, so please give yourself enough time to park before the session.

Please bring a mat, blanket and cushions if you wish. I will bring 5 extra yoga mats for anyone who doesn't have one. You can also sit on the chair, if you don't wish to lie down.

Donations are welcome of any amount. There will be a donation box in the class. Donations help us to run these classes and offer Free events for the benefit of the community.
