Life in the twenty- first century moves at an ever- increasing pace, creating more and more stress for individuals. Just sitting directly in the silent meditation is not as easy as it must have been in Buddha's time.
OSHO has developed wide variety of meditation techniques which deal directly with the tensions of contemporary life and leave us feeling alert, refreshed and energized.
This Sunday we will have an opportunity to learn more about these meditation techniques including what it is, how to get started, and how to keep going on this inner journey of getting to know ourselves and fulfilling our potential.
We will start the day as usual with Dynamic Meditation, from 10 am - 11 am (be there at 9.45).
Then (from 11.15-11.45) we'll have sharing with tea and talk about osho's work, meditation techniques that he has developed, and their effect.
And from 12 pm to 1 pm, we'll continue with second meditation- OSHO No Dimensions Meditation / OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation (depending on the number of people).

OSHO Dynamic Meditation is a technique, which helps you to get rid of accumulated negativity, express the suppressed emotions in a safe space and move into loving and meditative space.
It consists of 5 stages which include active breathing (to loosen up the control of the mind), catharsis (freak out - expressing emotions), Hoo stage (jumping on flat feets with sound hoo, to wake up the energy from your energy center - Hara), Silence (watching, and being a witness) and dancing (celebrating).
It’s a wonderful, miraculous meditation which can become a guide in life, helping to let go of stress and to feel more clarity about who you are.

OSHO No Dimensions Meditation is a 1-hour active centering meditation is based on Sufi techniques, further developed and expanded by Osho. Using the breath and a series of coordinated body movements followed by whirling, your energy becomes centered in the hara, the “life energy” center below the navel. From there you can watch the mind and experience awareness and wholeness – the body moving in all directions, the center unmoving.

OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation is the humming meditation – through humming and hand movements conflicting parts of you start falling in tune, and you bring harmony to your whole being. Then, with body and mind totally together, you “slip out of their hold” and become a witness to both. This watching from the outside is what brings peace, silence and bliss. The meditations lasts 1 hour.
