How can we live a life of great purpose and meaning without pushing or making big outer life changes? In this series we will learn to use 6 special methods called the ‘6 perfections’ to improve all our good qualities to their fullest. This is how to live the life of a modern day bodhisattva, someone who wishes to be a true friend to this world. Each class will include guided meditation, a talk and time for question and answer. Everyone Welcome. No prior meditation experience needed.
