Group Meditation Weekly

Format:
• Introduction: Everyone get a chance to introduce themselves and get to know others. 
• Topic / Theme of the Day: We will discus the topic of the day as a group and share useful life experiences.
• Guided Meditation: Enjoy the guided meditation. You can sit on chairs or floor as your choice.
• Q&A and Sharing: Any questions & answers as well as experience, suggestions & feedback.
• Social: Mingling and networking. Members are welcomed to bring any friends, food and drinks in the meeting. We can hang out longer to chit-chat or can go out to eat in some restaurant in the neighborhood.

Parking: There is ample parking at the side road as well as in the back side of building. 

Price: None. Willful donation.
