Sri Lanka - End Dec. - mid Januar

Hi,
I am travelling to Sri Lanka and look for travel partners. Is anyone going there in the time period mentioned above?
I would either rent a Tuktuk or take public transport and would prefer a mix of beach, culture, mountains / hiking.
If yes, I am looking for exchange and maybe travel a while together if we get along.
I will not plan or organise your trip for you. The times of the meet up are not accepted, so I only place the time I fly from Frankfurt.
