Come to experience great food and folks. Meet like-minded people and get ideas about the possibilities and delights of a plant-based way of eating. These are relaxed events for you, friends, and family. Bring your best Whole Food Plant Based No Oil dishes, casseroles, salads or desserts to share. Please bring enough food for your family and a bit more for others to try.
Please no meat, fish, dairy, eggs, added oil, Jell-O, marshmallows or other non-compliant food. NO CRAP = Calorie Rich & Processed! We ask that you to bring your own dishes and utensils. We kindly ask that you label your food with a copy of the recipe. This helps people with allergies to know if they can sample your dish. Bring your favorite beverage. All are welcome!
