No age or fitness limit.

WHAT WE'RE ABOUT

Our Falun Gong meditation has 3 main parts:

1. Standing and sitting meditation for inner peace on tranquil music. We calm our minds listening to the music, always remaining mindful on what we are doing. If thoughts come we observe them, do not follow them, but return our attention to the music;

2. Qigong movements while meditating to open up the energy pathways in the body. Blocked energy paths lead to disease. People always comment they feel energised after the meditation;

3. Study of the Falun Dafa universal teachings. Regular study assimilates the aspirant to the highest characteristic of the universe Truth, Compassion and Tolerance, and opens the door to enlightenment.

The meditation, the Qigong and the study form a holistic practice of mind and body and give tremendous results, physically, mentally and spiritually.

FREE MEDITATION

Regatta Point Stage

The above photo, near the children's playground, is the standing meditation (2nd exercise) with 4 different poses to facilitate the energy opening of the entire body. When entering into tranquility it is important to maintain awareness that you're meditating. The first exercise we do is to open all the meridians or energy pathways giving a feeling of warmth and a strong energy field. It is good to do the exercises in the fresh air, but don't forget warm clothing and gloves.
